Presanctified Liturgy will be served at 6:15pm on Wednesday, March 21 (followed by the Lenten meal w/readings) and also on Friday the 23rd at 11am. Only 3 more opportunities for Presanctified service after this week. Check your calendars!
2 Special Lenten Services This Week (5th week of Great Lent)
Matins w/St. Andrew Canon & Life of St. Mary of Egypt will begin at 9am on Thursday, March 22 (service lasts about 3 hours). This is a powerful and meditative service, that could be considered a “mini retreat,” and is always served on the Thursday before the 5th Sunday of Lent, The Sunday of St. Mary of Egypt.
Saturday of the Akathist is always on the fifth Saturday of Great Lent—this year March 24. On Friday, March 23 at 6:30pm we will pray an Akathist to the Most-Holy Theotokos and following you will have an opportunity for confession. Last opportunity for adult confession (until after Pascha) is Friday, March 30.
