35th Sunday After Pentecost
Today we are celebrating the feast day for The Sunday of the New Martyrs and Confessors of the Communist Yoke, keeping in tandem with the Church of Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Enjoy the featured hymns and stories about these wondrous saints—especially St. Elizabeth, the patron of our parish sisterhood.
Also, following Liturgy, we are hoping to have the Outdoor Procession and Blessing that was cancelled last weekend due to inclement weather.
Wednesday Vespers will be served at 6:30pm. The Christian Ed Class will follow at 7:20pm in the parish hall.
Friday’s 11am Service will be an Akathist to The Theotokos The Inexhaustible Cup w/special prayers for those fighting addiction. Confessions will be heard following.
