Monday, August 29 is a Strict Fasting Day for The Feast of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist

  •   Great Vespers for the Feast will be at 6:30pm Sunday the 28th
  •   Confessions at 7:20 Sunday following the service
  •   Festal Liturgy at 9:30am on Monday the 29th

    Moleben for local needs (St. John the Baptist) will be prayed on Tuesday, August 30 at 11am. Email prayer requests to Fr. Justin.

    Orthodox Christian Fellowship (OCF) will meet Tuesday at 6:30pm in the St. Augustine Chapel on UK campus. College students welcome!

    Pan-Orthodox Service for the beginning of the new liturgical year will be held on Wednesday the 31st at 6:30pm at St. Andrew’s in Lexington.

    Note: There will be no service or class at St. Athanasius this day.
