April 2, 2017 — 5th Sunday of Lent / St. Mary of Egypt
Today’s Readings: Hebrews 9:11-14 Mark 10:32-45
Presanctified Liturgy is at 5:55pm on Wednesday, April 5 followed by our Lenten soup & salad meal w/reflection. Next week the Wednesday Presanctified Liturgy will be at 11:30am (no meal following).
End-of-Lent Vespers will be next Friday, April 7 at 6:30pm. Father will hear confessions following the service for the final time until after Pascha.
Lazarus Saturday (w/o/caviar), April 8 begins with Lazarus Liturgy at 9am followed by a pancake breakfast in the parish hall. Children’s confessions, palm folding, and egg dyeing will begin at 11:30am. This is a fun day for both children and adults! Fr. Justin will send an email with link to SignupGenius for the Lazarus Saturday pancake breakfast and Holy Thursday Lenten meal that follows the 3pm Vesperal Liturgy.
