The Church keeps the Great Feast of our Lord’s Transfiguration with Vigil on Monday (6:30-8:15pm) and Festal Liturgy on Tuesday (9am-10:30am.)
Paraclesis (Intercessory Service) to the Theotokos will be prayed at 6:30pm on Wednesday, August 7 (instead of Vespers). The Christian Education Class will follow at 7:20pm with Fr. Justin teaching on “The Role of the Virgin Mary in the Church.” (Note: Paraclesis is added traditionally as part of the Dormition Fast.)
Feast for St. Herman of Alaska: Moleben & Akathist on Friday, August 9 at 9am/Confessions 10am
